I began my journey in health and science by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Honours), building a strong foundation in understanding the human body. But beyond academics, I was always drawn to a more holistic approach — rooted in natural living, low-tox choices, and a deep respect for how the body is designed to function.
That curiosity deepened when I began preparing for motherhood. I volunteered at a downtown Toronto hospital in obstetrics and gynecology, witnessing firsthand the beauty, intensity, and vulnerability of pregnancy and birth.
When it came time for my own pregnancy, I immersed myself completely — nutrition, lifestyle, low-tox living, nervous system regulation, and biohacking, all in preparation for an intentional home birth.
